Plan of Attack, Part II

Ordering cleaning supplies: done. Ouch. Remember when you first set up house and you had to get everything at once and wondered how on earth people actually afforded all that cleaning stuff? It's like that. Except a lot of this stuff will last a lot longer than a bottle of Lysol, so at least it won't have to be replaced as often. I had trouble finding a few things, but I did manage for the most part. I'm glad, though, that credit card companies will now generate one-time credit card numbers. I prefer to use them with web sites/companies I've never ordered from before and don't know anything about.

Mixing cleansers: about half-done. All-purpose cleanser is done, as is glass cleaner. I'm waiting for the old cinnamon shaker to dry so I can fill it with baking soda, and of course there are a few ingredients I don't have yet for one or two things.

De-cluttering: I've started with the kitchen. I need to go through the cabinets and trash anything old, stale, expired, etc. so that I can fit the stuff that's on the counters into the cabinets. One of the problems with enjoying cooking so much is fitting everything in your kitchen. I'm about half-done. I'll do an even more thorough job later when I go back through and clean shelving and all, but for now I just want to be able to empty the counters so I can clean them. After that I'll de-clutter other rooms.

Book review: I've outlined my latest book review. The contents of the php file other than the actual review body itself are all done and customized. I'll do the actual writing after lunch.

My hands are acting up a little, so we'll see how much I get done today. I want to at least go through the kitchen and pack up any major bits of recycling to go out tonight. My wedding anniversary is this month, and I'd love to have the house clean by then!
